Thursday, April 1st, we will have a service at 6 p.m. celebrating Holy Thursday. Jo Kublik will be leading the worship, and we will also have communion.
Holy Thursday, also known as Maundy Thursday, commemorates the Washing of the Feet and the Last Supper. The term "Maundy" comes from the Latin mandatum, or commandment, referring to Jesus's new commandment. Holy Thursday starts the Easter Triduum, the three days in which Christ's passion, death, and resurrection take place.
