This bulletin board in our fellowship hall generated a lot of interest during yesterday's Presbytery meeting. It really is food for thought! Take a moment to think about it. In this era of technology, we tend to get very caught up with being in constant contact with each other. Email, texting, social media - we can do all of these things and more with just a few clicks on our smart phones! We have a whole generation of young people growing up now that have no idea what it was like to only be able to talk on the phone when you were at home...attached to a wall by a cord! Leaving the house without a phone in our purse or pocket these days is unthinkable! So - how many of us put that much importance in carrying God's word with us wherever we go? How many of us make sure that we are in constant contact with our Lord? The next time you walk out the door, think about it! The inspiration for this bulletin board was found here.
